Joshua Tree
Jan. 15, 2024: After concluding our time at CES in Las Vegas, we met up with friends in Temecula before embarking on a road trip to explore Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. This itinerary can serve as a quick weekend getaway from Vegas or SoCal.

Winter is peak season in Joshua Tree for a reason! The daytime temperatures are perfect for hiking (think sunny and in the 60s°F / 15-20°C), and the crowds are way more manageable than in the spring.
Tips:
The desert temperature can swing wildly - wear layers.
There is no cell service inside the park, so download an offline map of the park before you go.
